My understanding of my work

It is important to me to support people in the uniqueness of their grief. This means that everything that shows itself in grief is allowed to be. There is room for experiences, thoughts and feelings - whether they are upsetting emotions, quiet moments, worries or memories - everything is treated confidentially and preserved by me. I focus on the individual needs of the grieving person and want to encourage them to trust their own expression and path. I work in a dignity-centered, resource-activating, analytical, systemic and culturally sensitive way. My personal development is based on regular professional training, constant exchange within my collegial network, the examination of new theoretical and scientific findings and the permanent critical examination of my work through supervision.
